AI chatbots and their “Cringe” problem

You’re likely to get annoyed, take screenshots, put it on Twitter and tag all the humans who were responsible. Imagine complaining about your food being delivered late and the AI agent replies with jokes or if you have a plumbing problem in your house and the bot says “ Let that sink in lol ”.

Regardless, once you’ve established a shared vocabulary and hierarchy it creates an opportunity to tag to your insights which in turn becomes a powerful mechanism to gather, synthesize and identify gaps in knowledge. Personalized experiences: When do they become behaviour change?

Don’t rely too heavily on tagged interests. Create content strategies that purposefully introduce nontargeted content in a thoughtful way. Some topics are more sensitive than others. Don’t use a one size fits all approach, rather finetune your algorithms and use a conservative mindset if it’s something sensitive.
