When creating their Shou Sugi Ban Collection , A Space found a lot of inspiration in the work of sculptor Isamu Noguchi. Particularly in “The Sculptor and the Ashtray,” a project that explored two opposite concepts. The first was hand-crafted and made up of nine plaster models – that inspired this collection. The second design was to be mass-produced, but proved too complex for production.

Feels like pet rabbits began popping up in my feed more as people stayed home and looked for companionship. Besides being absolutely adorable, bunnies can make great pets (for responsible owners). Now on its fifth iteration, Plaster is described as a “collectable poster magazine with each issue dedicated to a genre-defining creative”, with the concept inspired by a 70s Kung-Fu magazine that folded out into a poster.
