Designer Fred Smeijers' first commercial typeface, released in 1992, was fully remastered in 2019 and re-hinted to meet the demands of today's digital technology. The heavier weights feature exaggerated curves, adding personality to designs, especially when paired with its lush italics.

2019 was the year of Bauhaus appreciation. The Swatch Group got in on the action, using the primary colours and distinct geometries of Bauhaus design – hinting at the likes of Wassily Kandinsky and Marcel Breuer – to create an unpretentious and subtly playful homage. The quartz timepieces come in a range of colours and finishes.
