Hotel In Havana. Maja Wro?ska is an architect, watercolorist, and freelance illustrator based in Poland. She creates mostly watercolors that focus on architecture and cities. Among others, he works were exhibited at the Biennale of Architecture in Venice, on the set of several TV shows. She is also an author of the Grönby motif for IKEA. Light, airy and sophisticated, the historic Altbaus ( old building in German) built in the early 20 th century carry a distinct charm — but their configuration can appear outdated. Studio Loes , a Berlin-based design firm, was tasked with a complete interior re-design of one such apartment, transforming an inefficient layout into a graceful, elegant living arrangement.
