Even as the structure deteriorated, Tirana’s youth used the structure as a gathering place, climbing the sloping beams and sliding back down.

To build on this early momentum, Bala’s founders recently set out to expand into bricks-and-mortar, enlisting Madelynn Ringo to envision an appropriately design-forward setting in SoHo.

Design for longevity – Opt for simple, versatile design elements that can stand the test of time and translate across mediums. This inspires trust and loyalty. They've also begun using a truncated “IBM.”
