Eulani Labay and Roseann Stempinski worked with the VA and other governmental agencies starting in 2016. Although it took time and patience, the VA is now regarded as a center of customer experience (CX) excellence among governmental agencies. They helped the VA take new approaches and provide services that put Veterans at the center.
