I met him and his partner John Boiler first at a meeting for Xbox, a client his agency 72andsunny and AKQA that I was working for shared from 2005 or 2006 for multiple years. An industrial designer by trade, he spoke so eloquently in meetings about design, strategy, and business and I was always in awe.
