In the 1930s, the Coca-Cola logo displayed on delivery trucks, serving trays, advertising signs, and print materials helped cement this ornate cursive logo in public memory. The red-white-and-blue colour scheme drew obvious visual parallels with the American flag, appealing to patriotic emotions.
