I was tasked with designing HTML emails for our leisure industry clients and, though they weren’t dream briefs (think cutting out images of beer bottles and typing ‘BOGOF burgers’ into banners), a passion was ignited. I was self-taught at that point and there were huge gaps in my knowledge. What kind of work do you take on?
