Design is truly everywhere you look, and design thinking is the core of innovation. I was nervous that a three month bootcamp wouldn’t be enough for me to get into the industry or into a company that I admired, but back in 2017 a lot of people were surprisingly aware of Shillington. Art is so beautiful in that way.

Study wise, a group of us Shillington students also organized a trip to a printing company, who’d come to Shillington to speak to us about the relationship between design and print. A big part of my stay was also experiencing some of the amazing collections of art. That was a really great learning experience as well.
