flag is simple in design, featuring just 2 colors and 3 stars, it does carry a lot of meaning which is very powerful. In fact, everything about it is different, from the color scheme, to the images, to the general visual aesthetic. In the Supreme Court chamber inside the Capitol, there are cat paw prints just outside the door.
