Rotterdam-based artist Aleksandra Bokova has revisited her childhood as a girl growing up in Belarus in her latest short animation, The Caterpillar Girl. Aleksandra has come a long way since moving from Minsk to the Netherlands when she was 19 in order to attend the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam. This is no mean feat.
