Whilst Halsted is reminiscent of both the 1920s Art Deco movement and its revival in the ’70s. His publication is a transdisciplinary journal that explores the intersection of typography, language and the visual arts. Their typefaces often recall typefaces of the past. This has created a truly fascinating body of work.
