Trump won the 2016 election, as if the future wasn’t bleak enough. From NYU I transferred to the School of Visual Arts (SVA) illustration and cartoon program. I was recommended by the former Harper’s Bazaar and, at that time, New York Times Magazine art director Ruth Ansel, after I showed her my Screw portfolio.
