Old Brand New Turns Ten Giveaways!
I can’t believe my blog is turning ten this July! I would’ve never thought that this little corner in the digital world would bring me so much joy, creativity, and even business. Cause honestly, I didn’t think this would be my career. I started Old Brand New as a way to share my decorating adventures, photography, and art. I was really inspired by a lot of design blogs like Design*Sponge and Apartment Therapy and thought, well I should probably do it, too! I never went to school for interior design but you don’t have to be an interior designer to have a stylish place. And that’s what Old Brand New is all about.
Blogging was not only a way for me to channel my creativity but it also helped me stay focused, motivated, and positive. I’ve struggled with depression since I was a kid and I really think this blog was one of the best things I’ve ever done to help me cope with that. I know the blog has changed a lot over the years and everyone is mostly on Instagram now but Old Brand New is still my baby and it’s been fun to see it grow. I’m really grateful for all of you following my creative journey. Thank you for all your support! And I want to especially thank my ex-heartmate for supporting this passion of mine from the beginning.
To celebrate, I’ve decided to do a giveaway each week leading up to the official blogiversary on July 17, 2020. Every Monday I will post a new giveaway and draw a winner on the following Sunday. There are some fun prizes which you can see in the little poster I made. Most of the giveaways are either works of mine, books I’ve been featured in, or spaces I’ve created like the 3-night stay at The Sterling Guesthouse BnB!
