PERSONAL NEWS

I’ve mostly just been trying to keep up with all the things over the past month. It’s been wonderful having my parents live close by and it feels like Miles is growing faster than ever. He’s army crawling all over the house and pulling himself up to standing. The kid never wants to sit still! We’re planning to fly home to North Dakota for Thanksgiving so all tips for traveling with an active 9 month old are welcome.

BUSINESS NEWS

The highlight of last month is that I got the chance to attend and speak at Freelance Business Week here in Denver! I gave a talk about using processes in your business to streamline your systems and actually run things like a business. And if you missed it, you’re in luck because I’m linking arms with Mad Cleo to co-host a workshop where I’ll be sharing that session + more. And she’ll be sharing all her expertise about streamlining and automating your social media. It’s called Streamlined AF.

In other business related news, I’m now officially booked up for 2019 and I’m hoping to restructure a bit in 2020 to offer more ongoing services to my current clients and limit the number of bigger projects that I work on.
