Hattie Clark. Energetic, bold and colourful with a dash of playful style is how Hattie Clark would describe her inspiring work. The Leeds-based illustrator has just launched a new website, marking a fresh chapter in freelancing and a renewed confidence in herself. We chatted with Hattie to find out more. Hattie Clark prefers to opt for handmade methods when it comes to creating her art, mainly using ink and brushes and dreaming up "inky type, wobbly people and playful animals," as she puts it.

The design solution is for what it seems to be a furniture e-commerce and Kim adopts a quite simple and very typographic style. When I look at projects like this the biggest area that I focus is the transition from desktop to mobile. I always feel it’s difficult to preserve the look and feel of a more spacious medium when adapting to a quite contained canvas.
