A few years back, Norwegian photographer Helge Skodvin, was given permission to document the migration of the natural history department Taxidermy collections moved into temporary storage from the University Museum in Bergen, Norway. And even long after death, animals can still be displaced by habitat loss, and in this wonderful ‘A Moveable Beast’ series, Skodvin’s photographed the fragile and delicate moves of some pieces older than 150 years.

The interior for Japanese Kan Restaurant by architectural studio Odd-Space was inspired by traditional Jubako – a box featuring multiple layers used as a food container during important events and ceremonies. Each of six room of this high-end restaurant resembles a semi-open box, all laid out in a T-shape. They are all connected with a kitchen so as to serve the freshest food.
