Find Your Totem Animal: The Anthropomorphic Bears of Richard Ahnert
Richard Ahnert (previously featured) is a Toronto artist who paints in the old-fashioned oil style. He also adores bears, he just loves them. He created a series of portraits of anthropomorphic bears.
The series is called Bear With Me and is on exhibit at Modern Eden Gallery in San Francisco. What attracted us to these paintings? They are heartfelt, warm and human at the same time. Each bear by Ahnert is like a totem animal of some real-life man (maybe even you personally!).
