Whether folded into a box, bound by cords, or fragmented and stacked, the nondescript figures that Paris-based artist Khaled DAWWA sculpts experience some form of confinement. I remember doing a similar effect back in the day I used to play and write Photoshop tutorials every week so I decided to create a simple example. I assume there are tons of ways to achieve the result, also you can make it more or less blurred, but here’s my simple or as Ryan asked “sneaky and clever” way.

The artist used a customized Daz model, morphs, and textures, plus a number of Blenderkit assets. Each render took from the latest series took approximately 10 minutes at 2048 samples with 2080 Ti.
