A Giant Digital Wave in Seoul by D’trict

D’strict agency unveiled a new digital installation on a building of Coex Square in Seoul. This area of town is known as the Korean Time Square and is the country’s first free display outdoor advertisement zone.

The Seoul based company D’strict creates user-centered experiences by integrating both contents and digital media technology. They have produced a lot of art contents like advertisements on public media LED screens of various sizes and shapes such as office lobby, shopping mall, hotel, and theme park.

« WAVE » is an 80m x 20m curved screen that depict an anamorphic illusion. It’s a three-dimensional illusion of a wave washing around inside a big glass cube. It is the largest and high-definition outdoor advertising screen in South Korea. Watch below
