Alfajores are a dessert created by sandwiching two cookies over a layer of dulce de leche. A decadent sweet that needs branding to match. Bunker3022 created the package design for Lucila’s Alfajores that bring the texture and essence of the brand to life. Through rich and warm colors, patterns that match the feelings within, and elegant typography, no description is necessary because it’s a visual experience. I’ve never tried an alfajores before, and to say I’m tempted is an understatement.
Lucila began baking artisanal alfajores when she moved from Argentina to Chicago. The memory of the smell of the alfajores that her mother cooked in her childhood home, inspired her to start baking alfajores for her children in Chicago.
