Not Ready to Say Bye to Summer? Dive Into a Pool Full of Pasta!

Ever since I spotted this Pool Pasta, I knew I had to share it with the masses! The Standard Hotel partnered with NYC design studio Jumbo to create a collection of inflatable pool floats that are anything but standard. These pool noodles have taken inspiration from the world of Italian cuisine and transformed it into a playful aquatic experience. Get ready to lounge on oversized macaroni, shells, farfalle, rigatoni, lasagna, tortellini, and ravioli that will make you feel like you’re floating in a giant “pot” of water.

In December of 2022, Jumbo unveiled their super fun pasta-shaped pool floats at Art Basel Miami in collaboration with The Standard Hotel. These supersized pasta-inspired inflatables added a touch of whimsy and creativity to the iconic pool at The Standard Miami. Just imagine relaxing on a giant tortellini or lazily drifting on a colossal macaroni – it’s a poolside experience like no other.

Each pool float in the collection has been designed to capture the essence of its pasta inspiration. But what sets them apart is the clever “Emoji-fied” twist. These inflatables are not just giant pasta shapes – they are pasta shapes with personality!
