The Dictionary of Female Feelings is a new project by a Warsaw-based studio Unwind that interprets a variety of emotions both textually and visually. Featuring definitions written by women from all around the world including artists, activists and entrepreneurs, the online dictionary aims to reflect the emotional diversity and complexity of female psyche with respect to cultural differences.
From insecurity through judgement to bliss – the website project deals with feelings that could be easily categorized as positive or negative. This time they are looked at from different angles and accompanied with a series of cut-out collages inspired by sensitivity and filtrated through a pop culture lens. The project also looks to illustrate the strength that can derive from understanding shared human sensibilities.
