Designed by SAOTA, the Clifton Terraces apartments on Victoria Road in Cape Town is a luxurious residential building that makes a striking but sensitively integrated architectural statement in the area’s distinctive cliffside setting. The building appears from the street as a series of tiered, articulated terraces that follow the natural contours of the site and offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and local landmarks like Table Mountain and the sheltered beaches of Clifton.
