Matchaya Visual Identity Takes Cues from Japan

The visual identity for matcha brand Matchaya was designed Fable Design Studio and naturally inspired by Japan. The concept took cues from the notion of monshõ – a decorative symbol serving as an emblem of Japanese families.

Sea green shades reminiscent of matcha were juxtaposed with a unique signet, reflecting the word tea. Applied onto the packaging, stickers and turned into a neon, the logo expresses one of matcha’s key qualities – calming the body and the mind as well as enhancing human moods.
