  1. Why do designers need to follow trends? Importantly why are designers adopting the narrative of following trends? Its so obvious that the industry is just full of people who just clone and design is suffering for it.

    The 2010s has been a horrible period in general and design reflects how fake and how regimented corporations have made the world with their souless cold standards. And design has reflected that, especially online with trends.

    Be nice to actually see a push back on trends and we get back to innovation. That would mean a massive purge of people who need trends to dictate what they need to do.
