Bedroom Gallery Wall

So today, my CLIENT (aka my boo. I’ll be referring to him as my CLIENT from now on. And in all caps because he’s demanding AF) suggested I build a gallery wall in our bedroom where our current Frame TV is. I’m all about gallery walls but I liked that it was simple and minimal. My CLIENT was not having it though. And you know me, all about making my clients happy so I decided to shop around the house for artworks. Found some strays and boom, one hour later, our gallery wall is up! I actually really like it. I mean, you just can’t ever go wrong with a gallery wall. They are such good scams in filling a space with personality. Right?

I usually start out by measuring the wall and each artwork. Then I mock it up in Photoshop and play around with different layouts. Once I figure that out then I go back and measure the length of where the hooks are on each artwork. At first, I went with a three inch gap but that was too wide for such a small area. I took it down to 1.5 inch and that worked out better.
