Harmonious Visual Identity for Sound

Sounds is an indie brand of sparkling water and drinks made with natural botanicals. The founders have approached a New York-based consultancy Redscout to reimagine brand’s visual identity. In the words of the designers: “We turned to the Sound name and origin story for inspiration. ‘Sound’ hints not just at a harmonic relationship between body, mind and motion, but the care-free spirit that comes from knowing what you’re consuming is delicious, organic and unsweetened”.

The idea was to bring flow and vibrancy to each product that will reflect Sound’s values: a youthful spirit, innovation, quality and just fun. The S-shaped motif refers to brand’s name while also resembles a retro wave and a rainbow, adding a playful feel to the visual.

Flavor colors blend perfectly well with a friendly Raisonné by Colophon Foundry. Applied onto glass bottles and cans, Sound’s products strike you no matter if you see them online or off-line.
