Stendig Calendar 2020 Designed by the Legendary Massimo Vignelli
I first posted about the Stendig Calendar back in 2012, and then of course, the great Massimo Vignelli was very much alive.
With his passing at the age of 83, on the 27th May 2014, we are still very much left with his immense legacy, and that Vignelli continues to inspire each and new generation of creative designer.
Even though the Stendig Calendar was first designed way back in 1966—it was even taken that year to the Design Collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA)—one of the clock-work like homages to the great man, is that the Stendig Calendar continues to be updated and sold, year after year after year.

In the Vignelli archives, there is just the one sketch drawn by the great master, of the 1978 version.
